How do I book a session?
You can contact me through my contact page on my website or email viviangracephoto@gmail.com. You will receive a reply from me within 2-3 business days.
All bookings require a non-refundable initial payment fee and a signed client agreement must be completed in order to confirm and book your date. You'll receive two emails for the invoice and contract that you can complete online.
What's a Initial payment fee?
A initial payment fee is a non-refundable that secures your date and time, and it goes towards your full balance.
Do you have a studio?
Yes, I do! I operate out of The Creative Lounge Inc., and studio fees are already included in all my photography packages when you book with me
What if I want to go somewhere outside of Winnipeg?
If you have your heart set on a specific location that's a bit further away, we can absolutely discuss travelling for small fee.
How many photos will I receive?
Depending on the package you book, you will receive the guaranteed amount in that package.
Do you provide the raw, unedited files?
Unfortunately, no. Raw files are unedited images and aren’t an accurate representation of my work or brand. They’re often duplicates, test shots, or simply not up to the quality standard I deliver. Think of it like asking a bakery for the ingredients instead of the finished cake — the final, polished images are what truly reflect the work you’re booking me for.
When will my gallery be delivered?
My turnaround time for editing and delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks for Lifestyle and Branding Photography and 6-8 weeks for Events & Wedding. In the event that delivery is outside of this time. I will contact you via email before the due date.
